Unsmoked Gammon

Incredibly moist and tender, this gammon joint can be enjoyed with seasonal vegetables for a warming winter meal, or cold with chutney and freshly baked bread. Unsmoked gammon is sometimes referred to as "Green Gammon", which means the meat is cured in brine but not smoked and remains uncooked.
