Shoulder of Lamb Boned and Rolled

A gorgeous  shoulder of lamb which has been boned and rolled, is full of flavour and makes a wonderful roasting joint. Slow-cook with garlic, rosemary and olive oil and the meat will just fall off the bone. Add water and white wine to the roasting tray and cover in foil.
