Shoulder of Lamb

Great value shoulder of lamb with the bone in, is full of flavour and makes the perfect roasting joint. Slow-cook with garlic, rosemary and olive oil and the meat will just fall off the bone. Add water and white wine to the roasting tray and cover in foil.
