Free Range Woolley Park BRONZE Turkey

Our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are from Woolley Park Farm, Bradford on Avon. Here the birds roam freely in the Wiltshire countryside, are traditionally dry plucked and then hung for 3-14 days in cold rooms. This process helps preserve the natural texture and enhance the superior flavour of the bird. All birds supplied include giblets.

A bronze turkey may have a few black feather quills left in the bird. they are harmless and any that may be left will shrivel up during cooking. Do not try removing them with tweezers on Christmas day, there are many more exciting things to be doing!
