Newton Farm Lamb Kofta, Potatoes and Spinach Curry

Delicious lightly spiced curry made here at Newton Farm.

A lightly spiced curry with tasty lamb meatballs. Gorgeously filling with chunks of potato.

Meal is delivered frozen and is to be defrosted prior to popping in the oven.

Serves 1 hungry person.

Ingredients:

Lamb kofta: lamb mince(85%), onions, cumin, chilli, garlic, coriander, salt, ginger.

Curry: Spinach, new potatoes, coconut milk, onions, cumin, chilli, garlic, coriander, salt, ginger, tomato puree, curry powder, rapeseed oil.
