Our Free Range White Turkeys are from Woolley Park Farm, Bradford on Avon. Here the birds roam freely in the Wiltshire countryside, are traditionally dry plucked and then hung for 3-14 days in cold rooms. This process helps preserve the natural texture and enhance the superior flavour of the bird. All birds supplied include giblets.
FAQ: Are you able to Crown my whole bird?
Absolutely! Our skilled butchers are happy to crown your bird, just select the crowned option below. This includes the £10 additional fee for this service. Please note your bird will still include the bone in the breast but the legs & wings will be removed & included separately.
If you would like a totally boneless option go back to products and select boneless turkey breast.
