Supper Club.  Friday 14th October. This evening Giles turns up the heat and produces six jaw-dropping dishes.  True to form, Giles keeps his menu close to his chest, but we've secretly managed to take a quick peep, so here's a few dishes we spotted - ssh! Assiette of cured smoked salmon, our own produced roasted ribeye beef served at the table, and Valrhona chocolate tart with caramelised banana and malted ice cream.  7pm til late. £37.50 pp.
