If you would like to learn more about chocolate and the process of bean to bar and how cocoa transforms into a delicious commodity, then this short workshop is for you.  This evening, Nick will discuss the basics of 'chocolate know-how' and demonstrate how to make a fine ganache, master the art of piping and fill truffles to perfection.  All you need is a love of chocolate and a steady hand! 7pm - 9pm. £25 pp
